It's easy to find recipes for butternut squash pies, but a bakery with the real thing... not so easy! My father is in California, but Chef Daryl shipped him a perfect pie. It arrived in great condition (I took a chance on 2nd-day air instead of the very expensive overnight shipping), and Dad said he liked it (and also the bean pie, but I'll write that up separate).
